Two Women Injured After Car Crashes Into Building In Greenwich

Two women were injured after their vehicle crashed into a building at a residential complex in Fairfield County.

It happened around 3:15 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 3 within the Putnam Park/Putnam Park Complex in Central Greenwich.

According to Captain Mark Zuccerella, of the Greenwich Police, when officers arrived they found a 69-year-old female driver and an 85-year-old female passenger both conscious.

They were both transported to Stamford Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, Zuccerella said.

The cause of the collision is still under investigation and there have been no charges issued at this time.
